1. Who We Are

Load Picker is an independent load board tool built for Swift Transportation owner-operators. It is operated by LWT Services. Load Picker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Swift Transportation, Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings, or any carrier.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect:

• Username — used to identify your account
• Password — stored as a one-way cryptographic hash (bcrypt). We cannot read your password.
• Email address (optional) — used only for two-factor authentication codes and load alert notifications, if you enable them

Swift Account Credentials

Load Picker connects to Swift's load board API to display available loads with your personalized rates. To do this, we ask you to enter your Swift username and password. Here is exactly what happens with those credentials:

• Your Swift credentials are held in server memory only during your active browser session.
• They are never written to disk, never stored in a database, and never logged.
• They are used solely to authenticate with Swift's API on your behalf and retrieve load data.
• When you log out, close your browser, or your session expires, your Swift credentials are automatically erased from memory.
• You can manually clear them at any time from the Settings page.
• We never share, sell, or transmit your Swift credentials to any third party.

Load Data

When you refresh the load board, we retrieve load information from Swift's API using your credentials. This data (pickup/delivery locations, rates, miles, dates) is stored in our database so you can filter, sort, and analyze loads. Load data does not contain personal information.

Usage Data

We collect basic server logs (IP address, request timestamps, pages visited) for security monitoring and troubleshooting. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking services.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Account credentials: To authenticate you to Load Picker
• Swift credentials: To retrieve load data from Swift's API during your session
• Email: To send 2FA codes and load alert notifications (only if you opt in)
• Load data: To display, filter, and analyze available loads
• Push notification subscriptions: To deliver real-time load alerts to your device (only if you opt in)

4. Information We Never Collect or Store

• Swift credentials are never stored in any database or file
• We do not track your location
• We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking
• We do not use third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, etc.)
• We do not sell or share any user data with third parties

5. Cookies

Load Picker uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie:

• Is encrypted and marked HttpOnly (cannot be read by JavaScript)
• Is marked Secure (transmitted only over HTTPS)
• Contains your session identifier only — no personal data
• Expires when you close your browser or log out

6. Data Security

• All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)
• Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (irreversible)
• Two-factor authentication is available (authenticator app or email)
• CSRF protection on all forms
• Login rate limiting to prevent brute-force attacks
• Content Security Policy headers to prevent XSS

7. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your user record (username, hashed password, email)
• All your saved searches and load alerts
• All your booking history
• All your push notification subscriptions

Load data retrieved during your sessions is retained in the shared database for other users but is not linked to your identity.

8. Third-Party Services

Load Picker interacts with the following external services:

• Swift Transportation API — to retrieve load board data using your credentials during your session
• Web Push (browser-native) — to deliver push notifications if you opt in
• Let's Encrypt — for our SSL certificate (no user data is shared)

We do not use any advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your account information (visible in Settings)
• Clear your Swift credentials at any time
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of push notifications and email alerts
