1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Load Picker, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Load Picker is a load board tool that helps Swift Transportation owner-operators find, compare, and analyze available loads. The service retrieves load data from Swift's load board API using credentials you provide, and presents it in a filterable, sortable format with additional analysis features.
Load Picker is operated by LWT Services and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Swift Transportation, Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings, or any carrier. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Load Picker account password.
- You must not share your account with others.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Swift Credentials and API Access
Load Picker accesses Swift's load board API using your Swift account credentials, which you voluntarily provide. By entering your Swift credentials:
- You confirm that you are an authorized Swift owner-operator with a valid Swift account.
- You understand that Load Picker uses your credentials solely to retrieve load data on your behalf.
- You acknowledge that your credentials are held in server memory during your active session only and are never stored permanently.
- You understand that Load Picker is a third-party tool and that your use of it to access Swift's systems is your responsibility.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Load Picker for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from Load Picker itself
- Reverse engineer or decompile the service
6. Load Data Accuracy
Important disclaimer about load data.
- Load data is retrieved from Swift's API and displayed as-is. We do not modify rates, miles, or other load details.
- Load availability, rates, and details can change at any time. Data shown may not reflect the most current state of Swift's load board.
- Rate calculations, pay comparisons, and analysis features are estimates for informational purposes only. They should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
- Booking a load through any channel is entirely your decision and responsibility. Load Picker provides information to help you evaluate loads, but all booking decisions and their consequences are yours.
7. Service Availability
Load Picker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- LWT Services is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Load Picker.
- LWT Services is not liable for any losses resulting from load booking decisions made using information from Load Picker.
- LWT Services is not liable for any issues arising from your use of Swift credentials with this service.
- LWT Services is not liable for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated load data retrieved from Swift's API.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Load Picker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
